Do the flowers and trees look like a GREAT playground for kids?
What other uses might these anchors have as a play thing?
Why do our HOAS continue to maintain, defend and ignore this DEADLY drop off? Extending the fence which is already in place along the sides of the pool deck would create a much, much safer pool deck for families! Could our ignoring and promoting these KNOWN potential DEADLY hazards bring charges and convictions of "criminal negligent homicide" in case of the deaths of rooftop pool deck patrons who plunge over the sides of the unfenced area?
Viridian Attorney in Circuit Court 12/13/2019 " . . . people falling over the edge of the rooftop of the building, is the same as it was in 2007, 2008, all the way up to filing this lawsuit."
Why do the Viridian HOAS continue to maintain and support this obvious DEATH TRAP including hiring attorneys to argue its merit in court hearings? See"fatalattraction.co". A simple fence, like the fence in place along the long sides of the pool deck is ALL that's needed at an estimated cost only in the thousands of dollars!
Re-Entry for every floor?
